Sausage Omelet


- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of onions
- 1 cup of Pacific Portuguese Sausage cut in slices or cubes
- 1 teaspoon of Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

In a frying pan, sauté the onions in butter for about 1 minute. Next put the Portuguese Sausage cut up in small cube pieces and let cook for a couple minutes. In a small bowl, mix the egg white and yolk together and put it in the pan with the sausage. Add salt and pepper. When the eggs are cooked, remove from pan and serve. Makes an excellent sandwich for lunch also.
