Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice


- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup or more chopped Pacific Portuguese sausage
- 4 cups cold rice (because of dry consistency and it is also a good way of using left over rice)
- 2-3 tbsp. Shoyu
- ½ tsp. Sugar
- chopped green oil
- vegetable oil

How to Prepare:

Lightly brown the chopped onion in vegetable oil. Add the Portuguese sausage until golden brown. Add the rice, and mix thoroughly. Add the shoyu and the sugar, mix continuously on medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
